Created by international photographer Gary Italiaander, Family Portrait Week was developed to
raise awareness of the importance of family portraiture while assisting charities in their fundraising.
At a time when there appears to be a decline in family values, a portrait creates the opportunity to bring the family together whilst also essentially recording an image for future generations.
